Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS), is seeking an Assistant Director for Foster Care who provides strong programmatic and operational management and leads the team responsible for the overall implementation, oversight and quality of the Long Term, Transitional and Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Foster Care programs established within the LIRS Children and Family Services partner network. S/he closely collaborates with the Assistant Director and Director for Children’s Services to ensure the maintenance and expansion of effective programs and services by working closely with internal units and identifying new external partnerships.
