|Position Overview-||Voice of Care Executive Director, 48 to 60 hours per month. Active LCMS members in good standing can be considered. Executive nonprofit or corporate leadership experience is a plus. Ordained and commissioned church workers with executive leadership and financial experience are also invited to apply. Position requires the ability to carry the Voice of Care vision to congregations and potential donors. The Executive Director works with staff to make and oversee the execution of an annual action plan within the budgetary constraints set forth by the Board. Chief among requirements is the ability to consistently uphold the values expressed in Voice of Care’s mission to equip churches to reach and serve people with disabilities, and their caregivers.
