|Position Overview-||The Community Facilitator for the Hopeful Neighborhood Project will serve as an important member of the Community Development team. The primary role of this position is to serve as a point of contact for The Hopeful Neighborhood Project. This new program is a critical part of the three-fold outreach philosophy of Lutheran Hour Ministries. The Community Facilitator will assist in the roll out of this program by establishing trusting relationships with groups and individuals inside and outside of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and is responsible for supporting individuals who are working to further the greater good in their neighborhood; viewing all people as gifts of God with gifts to share. Through these relationships, he/she will assist in the networking and connection with other groups in the Hopeful Neighborhood Project.
