Position Overview-Minimum Qualifications: The faculty of Child of God Lutheran School shall be spiritual, educational, and professional leaders of the school and church community. They shall reflect and commit to the school's mission and vision and the overall ministry and wellbeing of Child of God Lutheran Church and School. Candidates shall hold a current teaching certificate from the State of Missouri and complete a background check upon hire. As spiritual leaders, teachers will exemplify the Christian faith and life, serving as a role model both in and out of the classroom to the students and the community. As educational leaders, teachers will respect the intrinsic value of each child and identify and seek solutions to activate student learning.
