Position Overview-Concordia Publishing House (CPH), the publishing arm of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS), is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to join our team of highly talented individuals. This position plays a critical role in the validating of data used for marketing and sales decisions, setting up critical integrations between different systems, automating workflows, analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, and providing consultation and training to empower the rest of the team to effectively use marketing technology.

Specific duties include:
• Analyzing and evaluating marketing campaign data and communicating overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads, pipeline, and strategies to team members and management based on findings.
• Proactively questioning and searching for insights on customer behavior aligned to customer marketing campaigns and presenting data-driven recommendations and strategies to team members and management based on findings.
• Maintaining marketing CRM database, ensuring customer data integrity and successful exports from the ERP system by regularly reviewing, updating, and improving customer contact and organization data.
• Maintaining marketing automation communication workflow and integrations between marketing, sales, and ERP software to send the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behavior, actions, and journey stage.
• Collaborating with various internal partners and contributing to the efforts of building and maintaining a comprehensive campaign reporting and tracking strategy.
• Implementing tracking codes and systems or IT configurations as needed.
• Training marketing and ecommerce staff in emerging marketing technology, and utilizing marketing tools to improve processes, systems, and solutions.
• Working with vendors to execute the technical implementation of software integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with data analysis, database management, and expert skills in Microsoft Excel
• Prefer 1-2 years’ experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, i.e.), Web Analytics, CRM software, and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience with Ecommerce, Marketing Automation, Sales Forecasting, Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization, Inbound Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Social Media Advertising is desirable.
• An eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of the Christian church is required, knowledge of the LCMS is preferred.
