Return Goods Coordinator/Order Processor

This position will work in the Distribution Center, and will be responsible for receiving, verifying, processing, routing and warehousing all internal/external customer returns in a timely manner. This position will also assist with processing new customer orders by picking, packing, and other duties as assigned by the manager.

The essential functions of this position are as follows:
• Insure the timely and efficient processing of customer return material authorizations (RMA’s).
• Maintain a competent level of proficiency with regard to return goods data system/programs.
• Insure the timely and efficient movement of returning product back to inventory.
• Coordinate and communicate with the trade sales/customer service departments regarding RMA issues.
• Recover and recycle used packing supplies coming back from returned cartons.
• Work in a safe manner following all company safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Understand and follow instructions
• Must be organized and have good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently or in a group
• Ability to count and read
• Work according to production standards
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures
• Strong PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a production environment preferred
