Position Overview-This position proactively plans and executes high-quality, customer-centric campaigns that connect people with the mission of CPH to strengthen individuals and churches, meet business plan objectives, and achieve financial sustainability.

The essential functions of this position are as follows:
• Assists with development of marketing plans and executes multi-channel marketing strategy for core audience segments.
• Regularly reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusts future plans as needed.
• Assists with the creation and implementation of the annual business plans. Works to achieve results daily including sales, costs, budgets, and missional impact.
• Plans and executes lead generation campaigns focused on institutional sales. Monitors and adjust tactics regularly to optimize for growth.
• Works with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing efforts for Periodicals, Congregational Resources, and Church Supplies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Experienced with inbound marketing, digital marketing, data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with Search Engine Optimization, Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Hubspot Marketing Software, and Google Analytics.
• Must be skilled in public speaking, promotional writing, customer service, and market research.
• Strong knowledge of CPH products, their features, and benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• One to three years’ experience in marketing or related field.
