Position Overview-St. Paul’s Lutheran Early Childcare Center (ECC) is looking for a patient and attentive Early Childcare Teacher Assistant (TA) to care for children from the age range of infant to pre-school (age 5) in a Christian environment. The TA position will regularly assist St. Paul’s Lead teachers/staff in caring for the health and safety of our precious children and providing them with age-appropriate interaction/toys to ensure children are learning and socializing in a positive and safe way. The ECC staff enjoys both inside classroom experience, as well as, outside on our natural play spaces. To be successful as a TA, you should be thorough, caring, with an eye for detail, creative, and possess a love for children. You should also be prepared to meet the physical demands of the position and understand the childhood development process.
