Job Summary The Digital Fundraising Manager manages and oversees online fundraising and donor acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels to grow LHM’s donor pool and increase giving. This role will create and implement fundraising campaigns through email, social media, mobile and web to develop a comprehensive, multi-channel annual giving initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital fundraising and a passion for reaching and engaging donors in the mission and vision of LHM. As part of the Constituent Advancement Team, the Digital Fundraising Manager will work closely with marketing and communications to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all communication channels to reach and engage constituents.

Major Responsibilities
1. Develop a strategic digital outreach plan to cultivate potential donors and nurture existing ones across all digital spaces.
2. Collaborate with communications and marketing on monthly and quarterly email and social strategy, helping to craft engaging content driven by donor-centric best practices and analytics.
3. Create and oversee online giving pages on our website.
4. Track and report on digital fundraising results across all digital channels. Maintain dashboards and pull analytics for online appeals, web traffic, and social media.
5. Oversee digital fundraising budget.
6. Interprets key messages and writes fundraising copy in various digital formats, including email, social media, and web.
7. Develop an understanding of the donor base and use the CRM to execute segmentation and personalization strategies.
8. Evaluate effectiveness of ongoing digital fundraising campaigns by using analytics and strive for continuous improvement and engagement.

Qualification Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, nonprofit management, strategic communications, or related field.
2. Three to five years’ experience in online fundraising and marketing with knowledge of digital giving best practices including list segmentation, donor journeys, and personalization.
3. Experience with CRM and email platforms, Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred.
4. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, A/B testing, and CRM reports with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
5. Experience writing mass solicitations for digital fundraising.
6. Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
7. Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
8. Reliable team player with a positive attitude who is capable of successfully adapting to new challenges.
9. A deep commitment to LHM’s mission, vision, and values and the ability to reflect these in working with coworkers, constituents, and partners.

Location: incumbent must live in the greater St. Louis area, but LHM offers flexible work arrangements, including remote.
