Position Overview - | The Assistant Director plays a key role in launching and operating our new faith-based childcare center. This position supports the Director in aspects of planning, implementation, and daily operations, including staff supervision, regulatory compliance, classroom support, and family engagement. The Assistant Director helps create a nurturing environment grounded in Christian values and provides both administrative leadership and hands-on classroom support as the program grows. This is a dynamic role that will shift over time, beginning with a heavier focus on startup planning and classroom involvement, and transitioning into more administrative and program development work as the center grows.
