What You'll Do

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

🔹 Develop, execute, and refine annual business plans to achieve sales, cost, inventory, and missional impact goals.

🔹 Conduct market research to position products effectively and identify new opportunities.

🔹 Lead promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and product launches.

🔹 Optimize product content, covers, and titles for maximum reach and engagement.

🔹 Oversee and manage product metadata across ERP and web systems.

🔹 Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure success.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and skilled project manager who is eager to contribute to our mission. You should have:

✔️ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

✔️ 5+ years of marketing experience, including product management, budgeting, and data analysis.

✔️ Strong abilities in strategic planning, business writing, and market research.

✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and marketing analytics tools.

✔️ A deep appreciation for faith-based publishing and ministry support.
