Concordia Seminary is currently engaged in a search for a Relocation Coordinator, a part-time position within the Enrollment team that plays a vital role in welcoming new students and their families to the Seminary and the St. Louis community. This position focuses on providing compassionate hospitality and practical relocation support, including assisting families with on- and off-campus housing searches, maintaining a database of rental properties and serving as a key point of contact for relocation-related questions. The Relocation Coordinator helps ensure that incoming students experience a smooth and well-supported transition as they begin their Seminary journey.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a familiarity with the St. Louis area and a genuine desire to assist families during times of transition. This role collaborates closely with the Enrollment team to connect students with housing resources, community information and support networks, while also providing hands-on assistance during key transition periods such as orientation and move-in. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining consistent communication with students, families and staff.
