Position Overview-	Camp Director Job Opening - Camp Dixie Camp Director - Camp Dixie Location: Perdido Bay, Southern Alabama About the Position The Camp Director for this growing 10-acre outdoor adventure on Perdido Bay will oversee the entire ministry, organization, and facilities. This individual will provide a vision for the ministry and a plan for the necessary resources (financial, program, personnel, facilities, etc.) required to meet the mission of Camp Dixie. Job Requirements As a small LCMS camp in the Southern District, the leader of Camp Dixie will offer a unique opportunity for congregations and others across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, northwest Florida, as well as mission and servant event groups from the Midwest USA. Why Camp Dixie? Ready for sunny, hot summers along the water and mildly perfect winter weather? Camp Dixie is located in an ideal location, originally owned by five local congregations planted by old German Lutheran settlements in the South. The Director’s compensation includes use of a beautiful 3-bedroom ranch-style house with carport.
