About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing solutions and delivering outstanding service. You’ll handle a variety of customer needs, from processing orders to resolving concerns, all while making meaningful connections and enhancing the customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a dynamic, positive environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer 50–80 incoming calls daily, offering prompt, friendly, and professional support.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening and finding solutions.
  • Process returns, credits, order changes, and special orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues through research, product knowledge, and collaboration with other departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and promotions to recommend helpful solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with your team to maintain a supportive and positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and dependability.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to different computer systems and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus).
  • LCMS background is helpful but not required.
