Concordia Seminary in St. Louis is seeking an Enrollment Operations Specialist to support the Seminary's mission of recruiting and enrolling future church workers. This position plays a key role in coordinating the operational processes that support the Enrollment Team, including campus visits, recruitment events, travel logistics, prospective student communications, database management, and other enrollment-related activities. The successful candidate will strive to continually improve our orientation processes to create an exceptional campus experience for prospective students.

Qualified candidates will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology. Knowledge of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and its congregations is preferred. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
