We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer to help develop, enhance, and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP and related business systems. Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to support business operations.

🔹 Lead the development of business system features of all sizes, ensuring high-quality and impactful contributions.

🔹 Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics Business Central applications, integrations, and associated tools.

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop efficient solutions.

🔹 Oversee long-term system health and maintenance, ensuring optimized performance of our Microsoft Dynamics environment.

🔹 Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with Office 365 applications to improve productivity and business processes.

🔹 Manage full development lifecycle including design, planning, risk management, testing, and rollout.

🔹 Guide junior developers and contribute technical expertise to improve team capabilities and software quality.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/Navision (C#, .NET, .NET Core, C/AL, AL, Visual Studio Code).

✔️ Strong experience in SQL Server, Microsoft SSRS, and API integrations within a Microsoft Dynamics environment.

✔️ Proficiency with Git, TFS, Azure DevOps, and version control best practices.

✔️ Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop tailored solutions within Microsoft Dynamics.

✔️ Experience with finance, distribution, and order management modules in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

✔️ Strong communication skills – ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

✔️ 8+ years of experience in software development, including programming in SQL, .NET, C#, RDLC/SRSS, and CAL/AL.
