| Position Overview - | Job Type: Full-time Description POSITION SUMMARY: Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), is preparing for a comprehensive campaign to support the formation of pastors and deaconesses, strengthen the Church, and sustain the Seminary’s mission for generations to come. This role is an opportunity to serve that mission through faithful, behind-the-scenes work that supports the Seminary’s efforts with care, consistency, and excellence. CTSFW is seeking a highly organized and dependable administrative professional who takes pride in bringing order, clarity, and follow-through to their work. The Campaign Coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination of campaign efforts, ensuring that all operational details are handled in an efficient and professional manner so that the Seminary’s work is carried out with excellence and employees across campus are supported in advancing its mission together. This position reports to the Campaign Director and works closely with the Advancement team, campus leaders, and volunteers in support of the Seminary’s work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update tracking tools, databases, and reports (using current CTSFW systems) Provide consistent administrative support to the Campaign Director and Advancement team Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across multiple groups Assist in planning and organizing campaign events, gatherings, and meetings Serve as a helpful and responsive point of contact Organize materials and information related to campaign activity and donor engagement Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and follow-up communications Ensure details are handled thoughtfully so campaign efforts move forward smoothly Provide general administrative support as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Prior administrative or office support experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with technology, spreadsheets, and databases Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals Positive, service-oriented mindset Support for CTSFW’s mission PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) Ability to move across campus as needed CTSFW MISSION & VISION STATEMENTS: Mission Statement: Concordia Theological Seminary exists to form servants in Jesus Christ who teach the faithful, reach the lost, and care for all.
