Position Overview -

The Director of Development provides strategic leadership for all fundraising, donor engagement, and communication efforts across Redeeming Life's multi-state ministry. This role leads a comprehensive development program that includes annual giving, individual and major gifts, church and community partnerships, grants, special events, capital campaigns donor stewardship.

As a key ministry leader, the Director of Development ensures that every donor and partner experiences exceptional care and communication rooted in Christlike hospitality. This position is based at RLOM's headquarters in Sanford, Florida, and serves as the primary point of contact for development-related partnerships within the Florida community while overseeing advancement activities in Illinois and Missouri.
