Position Overview - | POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant to the President of CTSFW is a highly organized, professional, and mission-driven asset to the President’s office. This key partner serves with grace, care, and efficiency, helping ensure thoughtful coordination of initiatives, communication, and day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant supports the effective execution of executive functions, advances institutional initiatives, and serves as a primary liaison between the President’s office and both internal and external stakeholders. As a welcoming and approachable presence, this individual plays a vital role in fostering connection, trust, and collaboration across the Seminary community. This role is critical to sustaining the Seminary’s mission, leadership effectiveness, and organizational integrity. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is a proactive and service-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
