Position Overview -

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant to the President of CTSFW is a highly organized, professional, and mission-driven asset to the President’s office. This key partner serves with grace, care, and efficiency, helping ensure thoughtful coordination of initiatives, communication, and day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant supports the effective execution of executive functions, advances institutional initiatives, and serves as a primary liaison between the President’s office and both internal and external stakeholders. As a welcoming and approachable presence, this individual plays a vital role in fostering connection, trust, and collaboration across the Seminary community. This role is critical to sustaining the Seminary’s mission, leadership effectiveness, and organizational integrity.
