What You'll Do:

🛠️Perform routine maintenance and repairs (painting, drywall, carpentry, basic electrical)

🛠️Maintain and troubleshoot security systems (cameras, keycard access, alarms)

🛠️Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems

🛠️Support technical equipment like RF scanners and basic network tools

🛠️Work as part of a reliable, safety-focused maintenance team

What We're Looking For:

✔️3+ years of general maintenance experience (or equivalent training)

✔️Knowledge of low-voltage electrical, security systems, and facility maintenance

✔️Strong troubleshooting and basic computer skills

✔️Valid driver's license (to operate company vehicles if needed)

✔️Friendly, dependable team player
