What You'll Do

You'll be the first point of contact for churches exploring our software solutions:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and video outreach
  • Initiate conversations that build trust and uncover ministry needs
  • Educate churches on products like Lutheran Service Builder, Church360°, and Shepherd's Staff
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for inbound sales reps
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and reengagement
  • Track outreach and results using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident communicator and relationship-builder:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience (software sales a plus!)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • LCMS background helpful, but not required
