What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Handle 50-80 inbound calls daily, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Process orders, returns, and special requests with accuracy and care.
• Build strong relationships with customers, offering product recommendations and helpful solutions.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience is a plus!).
• Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
• LCMS background is helpful but not required.
